$10k Grocery - Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The Promoter is Burpengary East Shopping Centre, managed by Lancini Property Group, located at 137 Uhlmann Road, Burpengary East QLD 4505.

2. Competition Period

  • The competition runs from Monday 3 November 2025 to Sunday 30 November 2025.

  • The winner will be drawn and announced on Monday 1 December 2025

 

3. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.

  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family of Burpengary East, Burpengary East retailers, and Burpengary East Woolworths are not eligible to enter or win.

4. Prizes / Prize Details

  • 1 x $10,000 Woolworths Gift Card, valid at Burpengary East Woolworths.

  • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

  • Prize must be taken as offered; no alternative will be provided.

 

5. Entry Mechanics

To enter, eligible participants must:

  • VISIT the website to explore the Grand Opening plans

  • COMPLETE the entry form via Typeform

  • SUBMIT their entry during the Competition Period for their chance to win

Bonus Entry: Scan the QR code onsite at Burpengary East between Wednesday 26 November and Saturday 29 November 2025 to receive an additional entry.

6. Entry Requirements

  • Only one standard entry per person via the online form is permitted.

  • Entrants must provide a valid name and contact email address.

  • Survey responses must be legible, constructive, and complete.

  • Duplicate, incomplete, or misleading entries may be disqualified.

7. Winner Selection / Judging Criteria

  • One (1) winner will be selected via random draw from all eligible entries.

  • The draw will be conducted on Monday 1 December 2025 by the Promoter.

  • The winner will be contacted via the email address provided in their entry.

  • If the winner cannot be contacted within 5 days (by Saturday 6 December), a redraw may occur.

8. Prize Availability / Redemption

  • The prize will be arranged directly with the winner following verification.

  • The Promoter takes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or unredeemable gift card/s.

  • The winner will be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility.

9. General Conditions

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.

  • All decisions made by the Promoter regarding the campaign are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.

  • By entering, entrants agree to the use of their name and/or image for publicity purposes without additional compensation.

  • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

  • Personal information provided in this competition will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
