Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Burpengary East Shopping Centre, located at 137 Uhlmann Road Burpengary East, Queensland, 4504, in partnership with Buckley Road Butchery.


Competition Period

The competition opens on Monday 8 December 2025 and closes at 11:59pm on Friday 12 December 2025. Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.


Eligibility

  • The competition is open to all customers aged 18 years and over who comply with the entry mechanics during the Competition Period.

  • Customers under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate.

  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Burpengary East or Buckley Road Butchery are not eligible to participate.


Prizes / Prize Details

There are six (6) prizes available: 

  • 2x Christmas Hams (valued at $100 each) 

  • 2x Premium Meat Trays (valued at $100 each) 

  • 2x $100 Buckley Road Butchery Gift Vouchers 

Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash.


Entry MechanicsTo enter, eligible participants must:

  1. LOVE react to the Facebook competition post

  2. FOLLOW both Burpengary East and Buckley Road Butchery on Facebook

  3. COMMENT with the emoji that matches the prize they wish to WIN

  4. SHARE the post with friends and family


Entry Requirements

  • Entries must comply with the above mechanics. 

  • Incomplete, late or entries that do not meet the requirements will be deemed invalid. 

  • Only one entry per person per prize is permitted.


Winner Selection / Judging Criteria

  • Winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries on Monday 15 December 2025. 

  • Winners will be announced on the Burpengary East Facebook page and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of a new winner.

  • The draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the result. 


Prize Availability / Redemption

  • Prizes will be allocated based on the information provided by the entrant upon entry. 

  • Prizes must be collected in person from Buckley Road Butchery by 4pm, Tuesday 23 December 2025. 


General Conditions

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.

  • The promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, late, or misdirected entries, or any technical issues that prevent entry.

  • All decisions made by the Promoter regarding the competition are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition at any time without prior notice.

  • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.


Privacy

  • Personal information collected for this competition will be used for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting winners. 

  • By entering, participants consent to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes related to the competition.
